These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Passport Photo ID Maker mobile application ("App") operated by HappyLoop ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

The App allows you to convert a selfie or uploaded photo into a spec-compliant ID photo suitable for Indian and international identity documents. The service includes:

• Real-time face framing guide
• AI-powered background removal and photo enhancement
• Cropping to exact document specifications at 300 DPI
• Generation of a print-ready PDF

2. Pricing & Payments

• Free features: Browsing document specs, taking photos with the face guide, and previewing processed photos (with watermark) are free.
• Paid downloads: Downloading the HD photo and/or print-ready PDF costs ₹19 per photo. This is a one-time payment per photo, not a subscription.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By making a purchase you also agree to Razorpay's terms of use.

3. Refund Policy

• If you paid but did not receive your processed photo due to a technical error, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the transaction.
• Refunds are not available if you successfully downloaded the photo and are dissatisfied with the result. We recommend using the free watermarked preview to verify quality before paying.
• To request a refund, email support@happyloop.pro with your transaction details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for personal, lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the App to process photos of anyone other than yourself without their consent.
• Upload content that is obscene, offensive, or violates any third party's rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its backend services.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service.
• Resell processed photos as a commercial photo-studio service without written permission from us.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your photos: You retain full ownership of any photos you upload and any processed photos you download. We claim no rights to your images.
• Our app: The App, its design, code, branding, and all related materials are the intellectual property of HappyLoop. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

6. Accuracy & Compliance Disclaimer

While we strive to match official document specifications, we do not guarantee that processed photos will be accepted by any government authority, embassy, or agency. Document photo requirements can change without notice. It is your responsibility to verify that your photo meets the latest requirements before submission.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for rejected document applications, delayed processing, or photo-shop printing quality.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity, without prior notice or refund.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
